Jamia Millia Islamia issued a advt on 26/02/2010 at JMI Website http://www.jmi.nic.in/ for post of a Project Fellow in a UGC sponsored major research project on “Quality of Urban Life along River Yamuna (Delhi Segment): A Geospatial Approach” with a fixed salary of Rs. 8000/- p.m. + HRA(as per UGC guidelines). Qualifications: Essential: Second class Master’s Degree in Geography with a minimum of 55% marks (50% in case of SC/ST/PH) or M.Phil. in Geography/ allied subject. Desirable: Research experience in urban studies and acquaintance with Remote Sensing and GIS applications in environmental studies.
