- Qualification for the post of Finance Officer (tenure post for five years)
- Essential :-(i) A Master’s degree in Arts or Finances with at least 55% of the marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale.ii) At least 15 years of teaching experience at the University level out of which 8 years in Reader’s grade, preferably having professional degree along with experience in Educational Administration in the area of Finance & Accounts. OR Comparable experience in research establishments and/or other institution of higher
- education in the area of Finance and Accounts, preferably CA/ICWA/SAS Service. OR 15 years administrative experience of which 8 years as Deputy Registrar, (Finance and Accounts)/Deputy Finance Officer or an equivalent post in the area of Finance & Accounts. OR Candidates of the level of Dy. Accountant General or its equivalent grade belonging to the Audit and Accounts or other similar services who wish to work as Finance Officer on deputation basis or other wise may also apply through proper channel.
