NTCL invites applications from Indian Citizens for filling up various vacancy posts of Professionals as per details given below:-

Deputy General Managers

• Technical
  
• Pay Scale Rs. 16000- 400-20800
• Qualifications :- Graduate/Diploma in Textile Engineering with 12 years and 15 years experience respectively.

• Human Resource
  
• Pay Scale Rs.16000-400-20800
• Qualifications Post Graduate Degree/MBA (2 years) with 12 years experience or Post- Graduate Diploma (1 year) with 15 years experience in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations.Those with a Degree in Law will be preferred.

• Marketing
  
• Pay Scale Rs.16000-400-20800
• Post-Graduate Degree/MBA (2 years) with 12 years experience or Post- Graduate Diploma (1 year) with 15 years experience in Marketing. Those with a Degree in Law will be preferred.

Management Trainees

• Pay Scale Stipend: 1st year – Rs.10000/- On successful completion,the Trainee will be placed in the Scale of Rs.6550-200-11350 with one increment.

• Technical: Graduate in Textile Engineering. Human Resource: Post - Graduate Degree / MBA/ MSW (2 years) in HR/ Personnel
• Marketing: Post-Graduate Degree/MBA (2 years) in Marketing.
• Finance: CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) Engineering: Graduate in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering

Supervisors Technical

• Pay Scale Rs. 6000- 160-10000
• Qualifications Diploma in Textile Engineering with 5 years experience.

HOW TO APPLY
