Applications are invited on plain paper for the post of two Research/Project Associates by 28.04.2010 at 11.00 a.m. for the following:

• Research Associates (M.E. / M.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering,
• Microelectronics, Nanoscience and Nanotechnology with minimum 60% marks) @ salary of Rs. 14,000/- per month. (ii) Project Associates (M.E. / M.Tech. 2nd year students in Electronics and Communication, Microelectronics, Nanoscience and Nanotechnology studying in Panjab University)
• salary of Rs. 10,000/- per month. Knowledge of MATLAB and programming languages is
• desirable. (iii) Project Associates with M. Sc. (Physics) @ salary of Rs. 10,000/- per month. The appointment will be on contractual basis till June, 2010 or as per terms and conditions of the sponsoring agency.
• Interviews of the candidates will be held on 28.04.2010 at 3.00 p.m. in the office of the Director, University Institute of Engineering and Technology, Panjab University, Chandigarh. No separate letters for interview will be sent and no TA/DA will be paid.
