Medical Staff Recruitment at Army Medical Corps, Feb. 2010

Applications are invited for Short Service Commissioned (SSC) Officer on 380 posts from candidates who have passed their final MBBS examination in first or second attempt and completed internship for grant of Short Sergice Commission in the Army Medical Corps as per advertisement posted on http://www.indianarmy.nic.in/.

• Total : 380 posts
• Max Age Limit:- 45 years as on 31/12/2010
• Qualification: The applicant must possess medical qualification included in First/ Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule of IMC Act 1956. The applicant must have permanent registration from any State Medical Council/ MCI. Post Graduate degree holders i.e. MD/MS/ MCh/DM may also apply.

Preference will be given to following subjects in PG Degree :

1. Anaesthesia
2. Surgery
3. Obstetrics & Gynaecology
4. Medicine
5. Orthopedics
6. Respiratory Medicine

The candidates can not apply who have taken more than two chances in final MBBS.
