• Project Assistant- Capacity Building (PA-CB)

• Duties & Responsibilities:- PA-CB shall assist the project with the :- Plan, manage, and coordinate HIV/AIDS related capacity building programs,Project management at 6 sites in northern India,Monitoring & evaluation,Documentation & reporting,Research activities,Cater to the needs of the national program
• Skills & qualifications required:- Preferably PhD or Masters’ in Social Work, Sociology,Public Health, Population Sciences or related Social Sciences disciplines,2 years experience in HIV/AIDS or related field ,1 year or more experience in organizing and managing capacity building programs,Prior experience in monitoring, evaluation, documentation,and report writing,Familiar with HIV/AIDS program in India (NACO & NACP III),Well versed with Windows Vista,Confident, requires minimal supervision, and independent in executing activities.
