Applications are invited by IIT Madras for filling up various Medical vacancy posts on contract basis in the Institute Hospital initially for a period of one year which may be renewed on good performance as per details given below:-

1. Junior Medical Officer, Total Vacancies : 03 Posts, Pay Scale : Rs.1560039100 + GP 5400 plus NPA, Qualification: 1. MBBS degree of a university recognized by the Indian Medical Council including 2. completion of CRRI followed by at least 3 years of clinical experience in recognised hospitals. 3. Additional qualifications are desirable
2. Nurse, Total Vacancies : 03 Posts, Pay Scale: Rs.930034800 + GP 4200, Qualification:- 1. Intermediate or 10+2 or Equivalent with 3 year Diploma Course in Nursing and Midwifery or B.Sc. in Nursing. Registration with Nursing Council with 5 years of relevant experience in recognized hospitals.
3. Junior Technician (XRAY/ECG), Total Vacancies : 03 Posts, Pay Scale: Rs.520020200 + GP 2000, Qualification: 1. 10+2 with Diploma in Xray/ ECG followed by at least 3 years of experience in recognized hospitals. Additional knowledge in digital Xray / Sonography is desirable.
