• Assistant Surgeon (Dental) (Code No.1949)
• Tamil Nadu Medical Service (Code No.048)
• No. of vacancies 23
• Scale of Pay Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs.5400/-
• AGE (as on 01.07.2010): Below 30 years.No maximum age limit for SCs, SCAs, STs, MBCs/DCs, BC(OBCM)s, BCMs and Destitute Widows of all castes
• Educational Qualification: Candidates should possess the following or its equivalent qualification on the date of this Notification, viz. 17.02.2010:- (i) A Degree in Dental Surgery of any University or Institution recognised by the University Grants Commission for the purpose of its Grant. AND (ii) Must be a Registered Medical Practitioner within the meaning of Clause(f) of Section 2 of the Dentist Act, 1948 (Central Act 16 of 1948).
