- Pay Scale/Salary:- Rs.9300-34800
- Grade Pay:- Rs.4200
- Age Limit:- 56 years
- Qualifications:- Holding analogous post on regular basis in the grade of Steno parent cadre or department; or with 10 years regular service.
- Senior Clerk

- Pay Scale/Salary:- Rs.5200-20200
- Grade Pay:- Rs.2400
- Age Limit:- 56 years
