The Institute of Himalayan Bio resource Technology Is inviting the applications from the result oriented candidates as details published below and in the current notification for the IHBT recruitment 2011

• Scientists Grade – IV ( 2 ) – Food Science / Food Engineering, total : 1 ( UR ) Posts , Pay Scale/Salary : Rs. 15600 – 39100/- with GP Rs. 6600/-, Max Age Limit: 35 years, Qualification : Candidate should posses the degree of Ph.D in Food Science / Food Technology .
• Scientists Grade – IV ( 2 ) – Animal Breeding and Genetics, total : 1 ( SC ) Posts , Pay Scale/Salary : Rs. 15600 – 39100/- with GP Rs. 6600/-, Max Age Limit: 35 years, Qualification : Candidate should posses the degree of Ph.D in Animal Breeding & Genetics / Animal Biotechnology / Medical Sciences.
• Scientists Grade – IV (2) – Computational Biology / Bioinformatics, total: 1 Posts, Pay Scale/Salary: Rs. 15600 – 39100/- with GP Rs. 6600/- , Max Age Limit: 35 years, Qualification: Candidate should posses the degree of Ph.D in Computational Biology / Bioinformatics.
• Scientists Grade – IV ( 2 ) – Toxicologists / Biochemists, total : 1 ( UR ) Posts , Pay Scale/Salary : Rs. 15600 – 39100/- with GP Rs. 6600/-, Max Age Limit: 35 years, Qualification : Candidate should posses the degree of Ph.D in Biochemistry / Toxicology / Animal cell culture screening.
• Scientists Grade – IV ( 2 ) – Veterinary Pathology, total : 1 ( UR ) Posts , Pay Scale/Salary : Rs. 15600 – 39100/- with GP Rs. 6600/-, Max Age Limit: 35 years, Qualification : Candidate should posses the degree of Ph.D in Veterinary Pathology.
• Scientists Grade – IV ( 2 ) – Pharmacology, total : 1 ( UR ) Posts , Pay Scale/Salary : Rs. 15600 – 39100/- with GP Rs. 6600/-, Max Age Limit: 35 years , Qualification : Candidate should posses the degree of Ph.D in Pharmacology / Life sciences / Biotechnology.
• Senior Technical Officer ( 1 ) Grade – III ( 4 ) – Agronomists, total :1 Posts , Pay Scale/Salary : Rs. 15600 – 39100/- with GP Rs. 5400/-, Max Age Limit: 35 years, Qualification : Candidate should posses 1st class degree of B.Sc in Agriculture / Horticulture .
• Senior Technical Officer ( 1 ) Grade – III ( 4 ) – Chemistry, total : 1 Posts , Pay Scale/Salary : Rs. 15600 – 39100/- with GP Rs. 5400/-, Max Age Limit: 35 years, Qualification : Candidate should posses 1st class degree of B.Sc with chemistry as one of the subject along with the working knowledge in handing of sophisticated instruments .
• Senior technical Officer ( 1 ) Grade – III ( 4 ) – Food Processing / Food Technology, total :1 Posts , Pay Scale/Salary : Rs. 15600 – 39100/- with GP Rs. 5400/-, Max Age Limit: 35 years, Qualification : Candidate should posses degree of BE / B.Tech in Food Science / Food Technology .
• Technician ( 1 ) Group – II ( 1 ) – Knowledge Management, total : 1 Posts , Pay Scale/Salary : Rs. 5200 – 20200/- with GP Rs. 1900/-, Max Age Limit: 28 years, Qualification : Candidate should have passed 10th class with minimum 55% marks and with science subjects and also should posses ITI certificate OR National Trade Certificate in data entry and computer applications.
