- Total: 603 (SC-14, ST-63, OBC-526)
- Pay Scale: Rs. 9300-34800 + Grade Pay Rs 4200
- Age Limit: Between 18 to 27 years
- Qualification : 3 years diploma or Licentiateship in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recoginsed Institution or diploma in Civil Engineering from College of Military Engineering.
