Tamil Nadu Newsprint and Papers Limited is looking for the applications of the interested candidate to fill up various vacancy posts as per the details given below for TNPL Recruitment 2011

• Assistant General Manager ( HRD ) / Senior Manager ( Training ), Total: 2 Posts, Pay Scale / Salary : Rs. 26000 – 800 – 34000/- / 22500 – 700 – 29500/-, CTC: Rs. 86500/- / 73500/-, Age Limit : 42 / 40 years, Educational Qualification: Candidate should posses PG degree in Social Work with specialization in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare OR Degree in Engineering and MBA and knowledge in computers and computer applications in HR is preferable.
• Manager (Pulp), Total: 1 Posts, Pay Scale / Salary: Rs. 21500 – 700 – 29500/-, CTC: Rs. 70900/-, Age Limit: 38 years, Educational Qualification: Candidate should be graduate in Science with Post Graduate Diploma in Pulp and Paper Technology OR 1st class B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering. Experience: At least 12 years of experience as on 01/02/2011 in an integrated Pulp and Paper plant having de-inking facility.
• Assistant Plant Engineer (Environment), Total: 2 Posts, Pay Scale / Salary: Rs. 10500 – 250 – 13000/-, CTC: Rs. 39100/-, Age Limit: 32 years, Educational Qualification: Candidate should posses 1st class Degree in Engineering with an aggregate of 65% of marks and PG Degree / PG Diploma in Environment Engineering. Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the operation and maintenance of Effluent Treatment Plant.
• Assistant officer ( Accounts ) / Officer ( Accounts ) , Total: 3 Posts, Pay Scale / Salary : Rs. 10500- 250 – 13000 / 12500- 350 – 16000/-, CTC: Rs. 39100 / 44400/-, Educational Qualification: Candidate should be a CA.Experience : 1 to 4 years of post qualification experience as on 01/02/2011 in Finance and Accounts Department of a reputed manufacturing company and should have exposure in the areas of Project Finance, Resource Mobilisation, Funds Management, Cost Control and Performance Monitoring.
• Assistant Plant engineer (Civil), Total: 3 Posts, Pay Scale / Salary: Rs. 10500 – 250 – 13000/-, CTC: Rs. 39100/-, Educational Qualification: Candidate should posses 1st class B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering with an aggregate of 65% of marks.Experience: At least 2 years of post qualification experience in Project Planning, Supervision of large industrial construction activity, Estimating cost of various Civil Engineering Projects, Rate Analysis, Manpower and Equipment requirement.
