The National Council for Cement and Building Materials (NCCBM) invited applications from the young Indians for the below given various posts as they notified into their current NCCBM Recruitment 2011 - 2012

1. Civil engineers, Total Posts: 2, Age Limit: 30 years, Qualification (Educational): candidate should posses the degree of B E / M E / Ph D. with 1st class and preference will be given to Candidates with experience in Quality Control, Technical Audit and Research.
2. Chemical Engineers, Total Posts: 2, Age Limit: 30 years, Qualification (Educational): candidate should posses the degree of B E / M E / Ph D. with 1st class and preference will be given to Candidates with experience in cement Manufacturing, Energy Audit and Environmental Improvement.
3. Electrical Engineers, Total Posts: 1, Age Limit: 30 years, Qualification (Educational): candidate should posses the degree of B E / M E / Ph D. with 1st class and preference will be given to Candidates with experience in Design / Selection, Maintenance of Electrical Systems / Installation in Cement Plants and Energy Audit.
4. Mechanical Engineer, Total Posts: 1, Age Limit: 30 years, Qualification (Educational): candidate should posses the degree of B E / M E / Ph D. with 1st class and preference will be given to Candidates with experience in design / selection, preparation of TEFR, maintenance / installment of equipment in Cement Plants.
5. Scientists, Total Posts: 2, Age Limit: 30 years, Qualification (Educational): candidate should posses the degree of B Sc (PCM) or first class M Sc in Inorganic Physical Chemist / Physics; Ph D (Inorganic Chemistry) along with experience in Testing / Equipment Calibration and knowledge of testing of building materials.
6. Geologists, Total Posts: 2, Age Limit: 30 years, Qualification (Educational): candidate should posses the degree of M Sc (Tech) / M Tech in Applied Geology along with experience in Computer Aided Applications in Exploration, Knowledge of Advanced Techniques like Remote Sensing and GIS.
7. Manager / Deputy Manager (HR Management), Total Posts: 1, Age Limit: 40 / 45 years, Qualification (Educational): Candidate should be 1st class graduate and should posses PG degree in Human Resource Management along with 8 – 12 years of experience at Executive level in a reputed organization in Manpower planning, recruitment, selection, career development, wage and salary administration, contract employment, grievance handling and its legal aspects.
8. IT System Administrator, Total Posts: 1, Age Limit: 30 years, Qualification (Educational): Candidate should posses 1st class B.Sc degree along with Microsoft Certificate System Engineer and CISCO Certified Network Analyst and also should have experience in installation, operation and trouble shooting of Server, PCs, peripheral devices, LAN Network, structured cabling (CAT 5/6 cable, FDDI), internet connection sharing / distribution, intranet management, data security software (centralized), mail server, router and switches (managed and unmanaged), data centre, virtualization etc.
9. Librarian, Total Posts: 1, Age Limit: 35 years, Qualification (Educational): Candidate should posses the degree of B Sc (PCM) / B Com with First class Bachelor’s degree in Library Science along with minimum 5 years of experience.
10. Public Relation Assistant, Total Posts: 1, Age Limit: 30 years, Qualification (Educational): Candidate should be graduate with PG Diploma in Mass Communication / Journalism / Public Relations and should have experience in Journalism / Public Relations / Editorial work / Technical writing.
11. Accounts Assistant, Total Posts: 3, Age Limit: 35 years, Qualification (Educational): Candidate should posses 1st class B Com / MBA (Finance) / M Com / Inter C A / Inter ICWA degree along with experience in Financial Accounting and Cost Accounting in reputed organization; Handling Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, Reconciliation of Bank Accounts, Bills Receivable and Payable, Handling of Budget and budgetary control, Service Tax, Income Tax matters, Establishment matters such as EPF, Salary Preparation and Tally etc.
12. Personnel Assistant, Total Posts: 1, Age Limit: 30 years, Qualification (Educational): candidate should be graduate with PG Diploma in Personnel Management or degree in Human Resource Management and should have experience in Manpower planning, recruitment, selection, career development, wage and salary administration, maintenance of leave and leave record, contract labour employment and their bill settlement, interpretation of FR and SR etc.
13. Administrative Assistant, Total Posts: 1, Age Limit: 30 years, Qualification: Candidate should be graduate and should have experience in Office administration including various services e.g., Transport, Security, Catering, Communication and Dispatch.
14. Personal Assistant (Stenography), Total Posts: 1, Age Limit: 30 years, Qualification: Candidate should be 1st class Graduate / PG Diploma in Secretary Ship along with 3 – 5 years of experience.
15. Purchase Assistant, Total Posts: 2, Age Limit: 30 years, Qualification (Educational): Candidate should be Graduate with Post-Graduate Diploma in Materials Management and experience to cover handling purchase of equipment, stores, consumables, stores inspection, issue and maintaining records, knowledge of import procedures etc.
16. Technical Assistant, Total Posts: 3, Age Limit: 30 years, Qualification: Candidate should posses’ diploma in Instrumentation / Electronics / Mechanical / Civil Engineering.
17. Laboratory Assistant, Total Posts: 9, Age Limit: 30 years, Qualification (Educational): Candidate should posse B Sc (PCM) or First class M Sc in Inorganic / Physical Chemistry and experience in Testing / Equipment Calibration and knowledge of testing of building materials.
