• Assistant Director (Training), Total: 01 Post, Pay Scale: Pay Band Rs.9300-34800 + 4600 (Grade Pay)., Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years as on 16.08.2010, Qualification : Graduate in Science with Diploma in advanced Coir Technology and three years practical experience
• Showroom Manager Gr.III, Total: 02 Posts, Pay Scale: Pay Band Rs.9300-34800 + 4200 (Grade Pay), Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years as on 16.08.2010, Essential Qualification: Degree of a recognized University or equivalent with 2 years experience in Marketing of consumer products
• Salesman, Total: 13 Posts, Pay Scale: Pay Band Rs.5200-20200 + 1900 (Grade Pay), Age Limit: Not exceeding 30 years as on 16.08.2010, Essential Qualification: SSLC or equivalent having knowledge of Book Keeping and Accountancy. 30 w.p.m.in typewriting essential
• Hamal Cum Stitcher, Total: 06 Posts, Pay Scale: Pay Band Rs.5200-20200 + 1800 (Grade Pay), Age Limit: Not exceeding 35 years as on 16.08.2010, Essential Qualification : A pass in middle school standard and two years experience in stitching and work connected with the sale of coir and coir goods
