Recruitment To The Statutory Posts In Visvesvaraya Iron And Steel Plant

• Mines Department
  
  1. Mining Mate S-1
     
     • Grade Scale of Pay (Rs.8630-3%-12080)
     • No.of Posts/ Category:-2 (1-Gen 1-SC)
     • Age limit as on (01.01.2010) :- 18-28 Yrs.for General & 18-33 Yrs.for SC
     • Qualification:- Matriculate with valid Mining Mate Certificate restricted to open cast mining issued by Director General of Mines Safety or Authorities empowered by him.
     • Experience:-Two years in Open Caste Mechanised Mines as a Mining Mate
  2. Blaster S-1
     
     • Grade Scale of Pay (Rs.8630-3%-12080)
     • No.of Posts/ Category:-1 (1-Gen)
     • Age limit as on (01.01.2010) 18-28 Yrs.
     • Qualification:-Matriculate with valid Blaster's Certificate issued by Director General of Mines Safety or authorities
     • Experience:-Two years as Blaster
  3. Mining Operator S-1
     
     • Grade Scale of Pay(Rs.8630-3%-12080)
     • No.of Posts/ Category:-2 (1-Gen 1-OBC)
     • Age limit as on (01.01.2010) :- 18-28 Yrs.for General & 18-33 Yrs.for OBC
     • Qualification:-Matriculate with ITI from recognised Board with heavy duty license issued by Road Traffic Authorities
     • Experience:-Two years of operating heavy equipments like Excavator, wheel loaders etc.,
• Gas, Fuels & Boilers Department
  
  1. II Class Boiler Attendant S-1
     
     • Grade Scale of Pay (Rs.8630-3%-12080)
     • No.of Posts/ Category:-3 (3-Gen)
     • Age limit as on (01.01.2010) 18-28 Yrs.
     • Qualification:-SSLC with ATS- I/II Class Boiler attendant Certificate issued from the office of Director of Factories & Boilers of the States concerned
     • Experience:-Two years in independent Boiler Operation.
