Sail Bokaro Steel Plant invites Medical Professionals for Recruitment on various Posts as per Advt No BSL/R/2010/03 published on SAIL website http://sail.co.in/ & As per Sail Bokaro General Hospital Recruitment details given below:-

1. Consultant (Cardiology) E4 grade, Total 02 posts, Qualification & Experience:- Post PG Super-specialty (DM / DNB) in Cardiology. If candidates with DM/DNB (Super Speciality) are not available, MD with 3 years experience in the concerned Cardiology Department of Medical College/Hospital of repute may be considered for E3 grade as Specialist (Gen Medicine) subject to fulfillment of age criteria for E3 grade.
2. Specialist (Neurology) E3 grade, Total 01 post, Qualification & Experience:-Post PG Super-specialty (DM / DNB) in Neurology. If candidates with DM/DNB (Super Speciality) are not available, MD with 3 years experience in the concerned Neurology Department of Medical College/Hospital of repute may be considered for E3 grade as Specialist (Gen Medicine) subject to fulfillment of age criteria for E3 grade.
3. Specialist (Ophthalmology) E3 grade, Total 01 post,Qualification & Experience:- MS (Ophthalmology) with at least 3 years experience in retinal surgery in reputed hospital / medical college.
4. Specialist (Obst & Gynae) E3 grade, Total 01 post, Qualification & Experience:- MD / MS (O&G) with at least 3 years experience in reputed hospital / medical college.
5. Specialist (Bio-chemistry) E3 grade, Total 01 post, Qualification & Experience:- MD (Biochemistry) with at least 3 years experience in reputed hospital / medical college.
6. Specialist (Gen. Medicine)E3 grade, Total 03 posts, Qualification & Experience:-MD (Medicine) with at least 3 years experience in reputed hospital / medical college.
7. Specialist (Dental Surgery) E3 grade, Total 01 post, Qualification & Experience:- MDS (any speciality) with at least 3 years experience in reputed hospital / medical college.If candidates for E3 are not available, candidates with less experience may be considered for E2 grade as Sr Medical Officer. Exceptionally meritorious candidates may be considered for higher start in the respective grade.
8. Medical Officer - Critical Care Unit E1 grade + 4 increments, Total 02 Posts, Qualification & Experience:-MBBS,MD (Medicine/Anaesthesia) with at least one year experience of working as INTENSIVIST in CCU/ICU for Critical Care Unit
9. Medical Officer – Dental E1 grade + 2 increments, Total 01 Post, Qualification & Experience:-BDS with permanent registration with Dental Council of India/State Dental Council.

Note: For the 13 executive posts at Sl 1 to 9 above, 02 posts are horizontally reserved for PWD (OH-Orthopaedically Handicapped) candidates.

Upper age limit: (as on 01-01-2010).

• 45 years for E4 grade
• 40 years for E3/ E2 grade
• 35 years for Medical Officer (Critical Care Unit) {Upper age limit for this post may be relaxed for candidates with suitable experience}
• 30 years for Medical Officer (Dental)
• Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC and 10 years for PH candidates. For ex-servicemen age relaxation applicable as per rules.

Scale of Pay

• Grade E4-(Rs)36600- 3% -62000
• Grade E3-(Rs)32900- 3% -58000
• Grade E2-(Rs)24900- 3% -50500
• Grade E1-(Rs)20600- 3% -46500

Mode of Selection

• Eligible Candidates are invited for a walk–in–interview as per the schedule given below along with below mentioned testimonials (original & one set of photocopies) and Crossed Demand Draft of Rs. 250/- (Non-refundable) (No fee will be charged for SC/ST/PH candidates) drawn in favour of SAIL – Bokaro Steel Plant payable at Bokaro Steel City.
• Walk-in-interview Schedule :-Venue: Office of Director (M&HS), Bokaro General Hospital, Bokaro Steel City, Jharkhand. Date: 16/04/2010 (Friday) Registration Time: 9.00 am to 12.00 noon. In case of large number of candidates, the above Walk-in-Interview may be carried forward to next day for which no DA shall be admissible.
