• Research Scientists: 19 Posts in the following disciplines: Software Development/ Programming/ Application Development & / Value added products/ Data Base Organization.
• Research Scientist: 01 Post in the following discipline: Hardware and Software Maintenance.
• Research Scientist: 12 Posts in the following disciplines: Satellite Data Processing and GIS Database Design.
• Research Scientist: 04 Posts in the following disciplines: Water Resources/ Hydrology, Data Management & Modelling and Decision Support System.
• Scale of Pay: Rs. 8000-275-13500/- (Pre-revised) (TE at minimum of pay is Rs. 20840/- approx) For B.E. / B.Tech. M.Sc./ M.C.A./ M.E./ M.Tech and Rs. 10000-325-15200/- (_re-revised) (TE Rs. 25850/- approx) for M.E./ M.Tech. with 2 years relevant experience OR Fresh Ph.Ds.
• Age Limit : Less than 35 years as on 20.04.2010 relaxable as per rules.
