For Infrastructure Development Division on permanent / fixed term contract basis

• Vice President (Infrastructure Development) (HLL/HR/054/2010) ,Age as on 01.03.2010 :- 52 yrs, Scale of Pay :- Rs.43200-66000 (Other benefits includes VDA, HRA, Medical Allowance, Conveyance Allowance, Educational Allowance, PF, EL, LTC, PRP & Medi claim Benefit ) Minimum Annual CTC -11 lakhs, Qualifications:- 1.BE/B.Tech (Civil) 2. MBA Desirable 3.Working knowledge in CAD/Project Management Software, Min. Experience:-25 yrs in large construction projects of which, minimum 5 yrs as Head of the Unit/Division/major projects. Experience in handling hospital building projects desirable. Exposure to other engineering and general management functions will be an added advantage.

1. Chief Project Manager (Contracts) (HLL/HR/055/2010), Age as on 01.03.2010:- 50 Years , Qualification:-BE./ B.Tech (Civil) with PG Diploma in Contract Management, Min. Experience:- 18 yrs relevant experience
2. Chief Project Manager (Planning & Projects) (HLL/HR/056/2010) , Age as on 01.03.2010:- 50 Years , Qualification:-BE / B.Tech (Civil), Min. Experience:- 18 yrs in planning & execution of projects
3. Chief Project Manager (Planning & Project-Services) (HLL/HR/057/2010), Age as on 01.03.2010:- 50 Years , Qualification:-BE / B.Tech (Electrical), Min. Experience:- 18 yrs in planning & execution of services in projects
4. Sr. Manager (Quantity Surveying)* (HLL/HR/058/2010), Age as on 01.03.2010:- 40 Years , Qualification:-BE / B.Tech (Civil), Min. Experience:- 12 yrs relevant experience
5. Manager (MIS & Project Monitoring) (HLL/HR/059/2010), Age as on 01.03.2010:- 40 Years , Qualification:-BE / B.Tech (Civil) Proficiency in planning and scheduling software(Prima vera / MS Project) is a must, Min. Experience:- 7 yrs relevant experience
