• Deputy Manager/ Assistant Manager (Industrial Relation) ,Essential Qualification: MBA/ PG Diploma in PM&IR with LLB,Experience: 5-10 years having exposure of handling/ appearing in Adjudication. Arbitration, Conciliation, Domestic enquiry proceedings, legal cases including labour cases and service matters,Pay Scale: Rs.10750-300-16750/ 8600-250-14600.,Age: 30-40 years
• Welfare Officer (Grade II),Essential Qualification: Degree or diploma in Social Sciences or Labour Welfare or Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from any Recognized University or Institutions,Experience: Minimum 05 years as Welfare Officer (Grade III).,Pay Scale: Rs. 8000-275-13500.,Age: More than 25 years
• Chief Internal Auditor (on Contract),Essential Qualification: CA or ICWA,Experience: Minimum 10 years post qualification experience of auditing and accountancy preferably in engineering industry.,Pay: Negotiable,Age: Around 50 years.
