The Head, Division of Agricultural Physics, IARI, New Delhi-110012, wishes to recruit one Senior Research Fellow in the following project purely on contractual basis.

• Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
• Emoluments Rs.14,000+HRA
• Age limit: 35 years as on the closing date of application
• Project Title : “Estimation of Soil parameters and Soil Fertility Zonation using Hyperspectral Data” Under SAC (ISRO)-IARI Collaborative Project PI : Dr. Rabi N. Sahoo,Senior Scientist
• Qualification Essential :M.Sc.(Agricultural Physics/Soil Science & Agril Chemistry),M.A./M.Sc. (Geography),M.Sc. (Geology/Physics),M.Tech (Remote Sensing)/Civil Engineering with working experience on remote sensing and GIS Desirable : Experience in hyperspectral remote sensing/spectrometry, field survey and soil analysis.

The Interview of eligible candidates will be held in the room of Head, Division of Agricultural Physics, IARI, Pusa, New Delhi on 15th March, 2010 at 10.30A.M
