• Company Secretary, Total Posts 1 (ONE) – Un-Reserved, QUALIFICATION:- The candidate should be an Associate Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Additional qualification of an Associate Member of ICWA or CA or Degree in Law will be desirable. Proficiency in computer operations, especially, in MS OFFICE, INTERNET and EMAIL is essential. EXPERIENCE:- Candidate should possess relevant experience in listed companies.AGE :-Maximum age limit would be 30 years as on 01.01.2010.
