• Age: Not exceeding 65 years.
• Period: Initially for a period of Two years
• Qualification & Experience: The candidate should be a Graduate in Engineering preferably Mechanical/Metallurgy from a recognized University/Institute. He should have around 25 years experience in a responsible position in design, engineering, construction, commissioning and project management and operation of a Steel Plant.
• Remuneration: Retired executives from PSEs shall be paid monthly remuneration equal to the last salary (Basic Pay + DA) drawn by them at the time of retirement plus other benefits like accommodation, conveyance etc. as per Rules of the Company for such appointment
