Applications are invited by BEL-India Ghaziabad for recruitment in Feb 2010 Ex Naval/ Air Force Officers for the Post of Dy. Gen Manager as per details given below:-

• POST: Dy. Gen Manager
• NO. OF VACANCIES: 3 (Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PHP will be as per Government Rules). The number of posts indicated may vary based on requirement at the time of selection.
• BASIC QUALIFICATION – BE/B Tech in Electronics/ Computer Science
• AGE: Upper age limit: 45 years as on 01.02.2010 (relaxation in case of SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates as per Govt. guidelines). The upper age limit may be relaxed in the case of deserving candidates at the discretion of management.
• PAY SCALE: Rs.32900-58000/- .The basic at minimum of the scale will be Rs. 32,900/-plus existing Dearness Allowance and HRA (30%) as per Company’s Rules. Besides the aforesaid, 48% perquisites on annual basic, PF and medical facilities are in existence as per Company’s Rules
