Division of Agricultural Engineering (IARI) invites Indian citizens to attend a Walk-in interview for one post of Research Associate (RA) in the DST funded research project “Design and Development of a Pneumatic Precision Planter for Vegetable Crops” (PI: Dr. N.P.S. Sirohi) will be held on 5th February, 2010 at 11 AM in the conference room of the Division of Agricultural Engineering, I.A.R.I., New Delhi – 110012. Candidates possessing the following qualifications may appear in the interview:

• POST Name :Research Associate
• Essential qualifications: Ph.D in Agricultural Engineering (or M.Sc/M.E./M.Tech in Agricultural Engineering with at least two years of research experience) having specialization in Farm Machinery & Power with 60% marks or equivalent OGPA.
• Desirable : Good computer skills and knowledge of CAD software
• Maximum age limit : 40/45 years for men/women (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC as per Govt. of India/ICAR rules) Candidates may send their biodata in advance by email at npsirohi@iari.res.in and appear in the interview with original certificates, reprints of publications, if any, experience certificate and No Objection from the employer in case he/she is in employment. No TA/DA will be given for attending the interview.
