1. Director (Technical) Below board level,Reserved for OBC (one post), Pays Scale Rs. 43200-66000 (IDA Scale), Age Limit:- Not above 52 years as on 1.1.2010, Educational Qualification :-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with PG Degree in Management (2 years) or BE/B.Tech or Ph.D in relevant discipline or equivalent. Desirable: B.A (H) in Economics with PG Degree in Management (2 years)OR BE/B.Tech (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic/ IT or Computers) with PG Degree in Management(2 years) OR Ph.D in Economics/Engineering.Candidate must possess good administrative and excellent communication skills.
   
2. Director (Corporate Planning) Below board level, (one post) (five years tenure based), Pay Scale Rs. 43200-66000 (IDA Scale) Pay and perks shall be of regular scale, Age Limit:- Not above 52 years as on 1.1.2010,Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with PG Degree in Management (2 years) or BE/B.Tech or Ph.D in relevant discipline or equivalent.Desirable: B.A (H) in Economics with PG Degree in Management (2 years) OR BE/B.Tech(Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronic/ IT or Computers)with PG Degree in Management Economics/Engineering. Candidate must possess good administrative and excellent communication skills.
3. Chief General Manager (Projects) Reserved for, OBC (One post) Rs. 36600-62000 (IDA Scale), Age Limit:- Not above 50 years as on 1.1.2010,Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with PG Management BE/B.Tech equivalent or Ph.D in relevant area.
4. Manager (Projects) (Technical Assistance), (one post) UR, Pay Scale Rs. 24900 – 50500 (IDA Scale) ,Age Limit:- Not above 40 years as on 1.1.2010.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with PG Diploma in Management (One year) or PG Degree or BE/ B Tech or MBA or equivalent
5. AM (Projects),(Two posts) 1 – ST 1 – PH (OH), Pay Scale Rs. 16400-40500 (IDA Scale), Age Limit:- Not above 35 years as on 1.1.2010.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with PG Diploma in Management or PG Degree or BE/B.Tech or MBA or equivalent
6. AM (Finance)(One post) SC – 1, Pay Scale:-Rs. 16400-40500(IDA Scale), Age Limit:- Not above 35 years as on 1.1.2010,Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or equivalent with Inter CA/ ICWA/ MBA (finance) or equivalent
