Positions of System Administrator (SA), Assistant Video Editor (VE), Studio Manager (SM), Vedio Cameraman (Vedio Tech.) (VC), Editorial Assistant (EA), Co-ordinator (CRD), Technical Assistant (TA), Video Technician (VT), Project Officer (PO), Sr. Research Fellow (SRF), Research Assistant (RA1) are available in the following projects.

Aerospace Engineering

Assimilation of Open Source Software in Science and Engineering Education

• RA1: (10 Post), Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.16800-25000/- p.m. ,Job Profile : Creation of course content including, slides, written materials, spoken tutorials, reference manuals, teachers handbook, exercises, solved problems etc. and adapt existing courses.
• SA: (2 Post) , Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.16800-25000/- p.m., Job Profile : Setting up and maintenance of fossee.in, scilab.in etc. Managing the various hardware and networking resources used by the project and various others.

Centre for Distance Engineering Education Program
Empowerment through synchronous and asynchronous instruction

1. CRD: (1 Post) Eligibility : Post Graduate with minimum 2 years relevant experience., Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.19600/- p.m. + HRA, Job Profile : Organize and conduct courses offered through satellite and other distance modes located at IIT Bombay. Coordination of all centres.
2. PO: (2 Post) Eligibility : Post Graduate / BE /B. Tech with minimum two years of releavant, experience., Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.19600/- p.m. + HRA, Job Profile : Efficient coordination of video recording and post production. Maintenance of all infrastructure facilities, such as, office, studios, and equipment.
3. SM: (1 Post) Eligibility : Post Graduate / BE / B Tech with 2 years relevant experience., Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.19600/- p.m. + HRA, Job Profile : Coordination post production activities including editing, uploading on server and transmitting through web. Interaction with receiving institute for course contents etc.
4. EA: (1 Post) Eligibility : Post Graduate / BE / B Tech in any discipline with 2 years relevant experience in journalism., Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.19600/- p.m. + HRA, Job Profile : Excellent communication, writing and editing skills with experience in web content design and distance education.
5. RA1: (5 Post) Eligibility : Graduate engineer in Electronics/ Communication with a minimum 6 month relevant on experience. Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.16800/- p.m. + HRA, Job Profile : Management of satellite/ leased lines, troubleshooting of VSATs, Routers and modems. To handle multi location video conferencing by IP multicast/ broadcast.
6. VT: (5 Post) Eligibility : Degree/ Diploma in video production with 2 year experience or Sr. Secondary (10+2)+ITI with 3 years experience., Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.9800/- p.m. + HRA, Job Profile : Should work with audio/video capturing, recording and processing.
7. VE: (5 Post) Eligibility : Graduate with two years of experience., Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.9800/- p.m. + HRA, Job Profile : Should edit video recordings with professional software. The knowledge of photography and working in educational instituions are desirable.
8. VC: (5 Post) Eligibility : Degree / Diploma with two year relevant experience., Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.9800/- p.m. + HRA,Job Profile : Handle video cameras and integrating them with other equipment for recording and broadcast.
9. TA: (5 Post) Eligibility : Graduate with one year experience., Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.9800/- p.m. + HRA, Job Profile : Should have a good command over English and computer proficiency for video transcription.

Metallurgical Engineering & Materials Science
Confined Crystallization of Polyamide 6 in Multiphase Polymer System

• SRF: (1 Post) Eligibility : M.Tech in Fiber or Polymer Science & Engineering or M.Tech in Materials Science/Engineering. Salary : Consolidated salary Rs.14000/- p.m. + HRA. Job Profile : The experimental work will deal with crystallization studies of polyamide 6 in presence of multiwall carbon nanotubes using DSC, WAXD and POM techniques.
