Recruitment of Constable by IG (HQ) FHQ BSF

Applications are invited from the male candidates of Indian citizen for the post of Constable (General Duty ) in Border Security Force .The post has all India liability and selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India and even in abroad. They will be governed under BSF Act & Rules as well as CCS Rules.

Constable (General Duty)

• Total : 10 Posts
• Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200 plus grade pay Rs. 2000/- plus usual and admissible allowances.
• Age Limit :-Between 18 to 23 years as on 1st August 2009. Upper age limit is relaxable by 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
• Qualification:- Minimum Matriculation or equivalent.

Written test : written test will consist of only OMR based objective type multiple choice questions to be answered using a pen. A question paper should be of 100 marks and it will comprise at least 100 questions.
