Besides Research and Executive Development Programmes, IIFT conducts full-time and part-time MBA (International Business) as well as Executive Masters in International Business both on campus and through the VSAT mode. For its Delhi/Kolkata Campuses, the Institute invites applications for faculty positions at the level of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor in the following areas. The pay scales are at IIM levels.

Economics, International Trade Operations & Logistics, Marketing Management, Quantitative Techniques/Business,Finance,Research Methods, Operations Research/Organization Behaviour/ Human Relations/,Supply Chain Management,Business Communications, Information Technology

1. PROFESSOR (Rs.18400-500-22400 – total emoluments at the minimum of the scale : Rs.49,992)
2. ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR (Rs.16400-450-20000 – total emoluments at the minimum of the scale : Rs.44,642)
3. ASSISTANT PROFESSOR (Rs.12000-18300 – Total emoluments at the minimum of the scale : Rs.32,960)
