Sr.General Manager/General Manager (Marketing)

• Age: 45-58 years, Pay Scale : Rs.20500-500-26500/- / Rs.18500-450-23900/-

Asstt.Gen.Manager/Chief Manager(R&D)/Product Upgradation

• Age: Below 50 years, Pay-Scale : Rs.17500-400-22300/- / Rs. 16000-400-20800/-

Senior Technical Manager/Technical Manager (R&D) in Microwave & Solar Photovoltaic Group

• Age : Below 45 years, Pay-Scale : Rs.14500-350-18700/- / Rs.13000-350-18250/-

Graduate Engineer in the field of Electronics, Electrical, Civil & Mechanical Engg. on Contract basis

• Consolidated amount of 12,000/- to 15,000/- per month.

Diploma Holders in the field of Electronics, Electrical, Civil & Mechanical Engineering on Contract basis

• Consolidated amount of Rs.6500/- to Rs.8500/- per month.
