Consolidated Compensation on the lines of the Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, during the period of Contract. Compensation shall not be a constraint for the right candidate. Further, if offered a regular position after a year, based on the performance review by the Institute, the Scale of Pay (likely to be revised on the lines of IITs) shall be as under:

• PROFESSOR - Rs.18400-500-22400
• ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR – Rs.16400-450-20000
• ASSISTANT PROFESSOR – Rs.12000-420-18300
