National Geophysical Research Institute (NGRI) is a premier research Institute under Council Scientific & Industrial Research (CSIR). It is actively involved in multidisciplinary R&D programs in earth Science. It is playing a pivotal role in exploration for hydrocarbons, minerals and ground water resources, engineering geophysics, seismology and geophysical studies. • No.of Posts:21 Posts (10 posts are Unreserved (out of them one for PH); 1 post reserved for SC; 5 Posts reserved for ST (out of them one for PH) and 5 Posts reserved for OBC (Non-creamy Layer)(out of them one for PH)
• Pay Band: PB1 (Rs.5200-20200)(Grade Pay: Rs.1900)
• Age Limit: Should not exceed 28 years as on the last date i.e. 21-08-2009 (Friday).
