Pay Scale : Rs 20,500-26,500 (IDA) (due for revision w.e.f. 01.01.2007)

Minimum Qualification-

Essential: – Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with Degree in Law.
Desirable: – Membership ICAI or ICWA shall be an added qualification.

AGE Limit : Maximum age should not be more than 50 years as on 01.07.2009.
